中文摘要 家園合作對於幼兒教育具有重要價值,教保服務人員對於家園合作的態度與實踐情形如何,值得了解;而教保服務人員、家長、學校這三類因素具有怎樣的影響力,何者影響效果最強,因過去研究缺乏,故本研究將對此進行探討。本研究以分層隨機抽樣獲得台南市公私立教保服務人員共309份有效問卷樣本,統計分析後獲得以下結論:1.教保服務人員對家園合作態度及實踐皆正向,且態度優於實踐。2.家園合作態度以幫助家長瞭解幼兒為最高,讓家長參與會議為最低;實踐則以與家長達成共識為最高,運用家長資源協助瞭解幼兒為最低。3.教保服務人員因素、學校因素顯著影響家園合作態度與實踐,家長因素僅對態度具有影響;無論態度或實踐皆以教保服務人員因素最重要。
英文摘要 Family-preschool partnerships play an important role in early childhood education, and it is of great value to understand the attitudes and practices of preschool educators towards family-preschool partnerships. The purpose of this study was to examine the types and levels of influence of the three factors: preschool educators, parents, and schools, due to the lack of relevant studies in past years. In this study, a total of 309 valid questionnaire samples were obtained from public and private preschool educators in Tainan by stratified random sampling, and the following conclusions were obtained after statistical analysis: 1. Preschool educators demonstrated positive attitudes and practices toward family-preschool partnerships, with attitudes better than practices. 2. In terms of attitude, the preschool educators gave the highest priority to helping parents understand their children and the lowest priority to having parents participate in meetings; in terms of practice, they gave the highest priority to reaching a consensus with parents and the lowest priority to using parent resources to help understand their children. 3. The factors of preschool educators and schools had a significant influence on the attitudes and practices of family-preschool partnerships, while the factor of parents only had an influence on the attitudes. In conclusion, the most important factor in both attitudes and practices was preschool educators.
