中文摘要 幼兒園課程發展的樣態反映出園所的教學品質與課程領導的成效,非營利幼兒園肩負著結合公部門與民間力量,提供平價優質之教保服務的使命,在課程發展上,園長的課程領導與教師專業學習社群是影響課程品質的重要因素。本研究以質性取向研究方式,主要探討非營利幼兒園園長領導風格與園所課程發展之關係,透過閱讀園內課程發展之相關文獻並訪談園長及園內教師,蒐集相關資料的方式進行研究。研究發現:一、非營利幼兒園創園初期之課程規劃以求穩定為首要考量;二、非營利幼兒園課程發展之萌發起始點為行政及人事穩定後之次階段工作;三、園長以課程領導者身分透過關懷支持態度鼓勵園內教師萌發課程;四、園長以資源提供者之身分與成員建立合作感提供教師教學支持資源;五、園長在課程領導過程須重視人員個別需求強化團隊凝聚力、六、園長在帶領團隊過程中需時刻調整自己心態對團隊產生正向激勵。根據上述研究發現,本研究提出以下建議:一、設立非營利幼兒園專輔小組從教學及行政等非營利幼兒園之獨特屬性進行輔導,協助過渡營運初創期。二、透過陪伴式輔導之型態能針對不同非營利園所之個別差異提供輔導諮詢,以有效促進優質教保之政策目標。三、針對非營利幼兒園在混齡教學及行政運作等實際需求主題提供在職研習課程,以縮短園所之摸索期,落實非營利幼兒園發展之終極目標。四、以人才資料庫概念建立建置非營利幼兒園園長資源交流專業社群,匯聚非營利幼兒園經營管理之經驗帶動學習型組織氛圍。五、搭配政府政策與非營利幼兒園成長階段,合理根據非營利幼兒園之發展調整增班成長計畫以維護經營品質。
英文摘要 Non-profit kindergartens provide affordable and high-quality education services. The principal’s course leadership and teacher professionalism are important factors affecting the quality of the course. This study mainly explores the relationship between the leadership style of non-profit kindergarten principals and the curriculum development of the institute. The study found that: 1. The curriculum planning of non-profit kindergartens seek stability first. 2. The non-profit kindergarten curriculum develops into the second phase of the work. 3. The principals encourages teachers in the garden to plan the curriculum with a caring attitude. 4. The principals and members establish a sense of cooperation to provide a source of teachers. 5. In the leadership process, the director must pay attention to the individual needs of the staff and strengthen the team cohesion. 6. In the process of leading the team, the director must always adjust his mentality to generate positive incentives for the team. The conclusions of this study are: 1. The newly established non-profit kindergarten adopts a stabilization strategy to help the development of the curriculum. 2. The principals helps to enhance team awareness through transformational leadership. 3. The experience value of the head of the non-profit kindergarten affects the way of leadership. The recommendations of this study are as follows: 1. Establish a non-profit kindergarten group to assist in the entrepreneurial stage. 2. Provide kindergarten consultation through accompanying tutoring. 3. The government should provide study courses for the real needs of kindergartens. 4. The government should assist in establishing an exchange community among the principals. 5. The number of classes should be increased according to the development stage of the kindergarten.
