中文摘要 在現今社會變動與少子化現象衝擊下,學習領導以及學校競爭優勢的重要性與日俱增。學習領導是近來極受重視的專業領導作為之一,係指能依據學校的情境脈絡,強化領導、教學與學習的連結,透過領導作為,成就有效的教與學。學習領導主要包含聚焦有效學生學習、營造有利學習環境、建立專業學習社群及共享領導與責任等四大內涵。學校競爭優勢則強調有效整合資源,適應變動的環境,為學校經營帶來新的發展契機,主要包含活化資源與執行能力、有效掌握內部發展與外部需求、創造優質的學校特色與品牌、增進學校永續經營發展等四要素。綜合這些要素,本文進一步分析以學習領導的觀點創造學校競爭優勢時可能遭遇之困境,並提出五項具體應用學習領導創造學校競爭優勢的策略,作為學校學習領導達成創造學校競爭優勢之參考。
英文摘要 Under rapid social change and impact of lower-birth rate, the importance of leadership for learning (LfL) and school competitive advantage has been increasingly grow. LfL is a professional leadership which school leaders use to enhance the quality of teaching and learning. Four domains of LfL was solicited based on literature reviewed including: 1. A focus on learning; 2. Creating an environment for learning; 3. Building professional learning communities; 4. Sharing leadership and accountability. While the school competitive advantage emphasizes the effective integration of resources, adapts to the changing environment, and brings new development opportunities for school management. Further, the possible difficulties and challenges of using LfL to create the school competitive advantage were analyzed. Some strategies for school leaders to use LfL to create school competitive advantages were evolved: 1. Analyzing school context and positioning school development. 2. School leaders model learning and shaping continuous learning culture. 3. Building professional learning community and focusing on student learning enhancement. 4. Enriching teaching resources and building quality learning environment. 5. Integrating resources and innovating management to create school specialty and brand.
