中文摘要 本研究運用系統性知識圖譜(knowledge graph)針對分布式領導研究發展與國際趨勢進行可視化分析。本研究以Scopus資料庫之六大核心教育期刊為主,並以分布式領導為檢索詞進行文獻檢索,爾後由PRISMA進行系統性文獻回顧,以VOSviewer針對蒐集文獻進行可視化分析,針對866篇時間分布為1994~2020年間之分布式領導論文,分析文獻數量成長趨勢、引用次數、熱門地區、指標學者及研究熱點。研究發現:一、發表數量自1999年之後便呈現上升趨勢;二、核心期刊為Educational Administration Quarterly(EAQ)、Journal of Educational Administration(JEA)以及School Effectiveness and School Improvement(SESI);三、發表數量前三名國家為美國、英國與澳洲;四、指標學者分別是Leithwood、Hallinger、Harris、Jantzi與Heck;五、透過共現詞分析出現七個集群,彼此重疊且互有關係。重要關鍵詞為分布式領導、校長、教學領導、學校領導與教師領導。
英文摘要 This study examined the global trends of studies on distributed leadership by employing knowledge mapping and visualization analysis. Data come mainly from six core journals in Scopus. The study employs PRISMA to ensure the scope and quality of the studies. The collection reveals 866 records spanning from 1994 to 2020. VOSviewer is applied for bibliometric analysis and information visualization. The main findings can be summarized as follows: 1. there is an ever-increasing number of publications since 1999; 2. the core journals are Educational Administration Quarterly (EAQ), Journal of Educational Administration (JEA), and School Effectiveness and School Improvement (SESI); 3. regarding publication output by country, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Australia are the top three countries for the number of papers published; 4. the important scholars are identified as Leithwood, Hallinger, Harris, Jantzi, and Heck; 5. the keyword co-occurrence analysis reveals seven clusters, mutually overlapped and related, and important keywords are distributed leadership, principals, instructional leadership, school leadership, and teacher leadership.
