中文摘要 具有深度学习能力的人工智能彻底颠覆了以往的教育生态,对教师角色提出了新要求。本研究基于海德格尔的技术哲学视角,提出人工智能时代促进学生的生命成长需要教师突显智慧性、育人性、整全性和群体联通性四方面角色特质。人工智能在赋能教师教学革新的同时,也让教师陷入角色转变的困境,表现为教师主体性缺失引发教师角色的“脱嵌”与“消匿”,“唯技术观”导致教师角色的“被促逼”与“被订造”,人文迷失造成教师角色的“数据化”与“单一化”。人工智能时代教师角色转变的有效进路是:教师实现自身角色由“识”转“智”;彰显教师人文关怀,回归教育育人之本;在教育工具理性和价值理性之间保持平衡的张力,关注学生身体和心智的全面协同发展;构建教师专业共同体,积极构建人工智能时代的教育新生态。
英文摘要 Artificial Intelligence with deep learning ability completely subverts the previous education ecology, and puts forward new requirements for the role of teachers. Based on the perspective of Heidegger’s philosophy of technology, this study proposes that to promote students’ life growth in the era of Artificial Intelligence, teachers need to highlight the four traits of wisdom, education, integrity, and group connectivity. At the same time, Artificial Intelligence empowers teachers’ teaching innovation and plunges teachers into the predicament of role change. The lack of teacher’s subjectivity leads to the “de-embedding” and “disappearance” of the teacher role, the “technology-only view” leads to the “promotion” “forced” and “customized” of the teacher role, the loss of humanities caused the “data” and “single” of the teachers’ role. The effective ways to prepare teachers for the era of Artificial Intelligence include: Realize teachers’ role from “knowledge” to “intelligence”; Highlight the humanistic care of teachers and return to the foundation of education and educating people; Maintain the balance between educational instrumental rationality and value rationality, and pay attention to the overall coordinated development of students’ body and mind; Construct a professional community for teachers to face the new education ecology in the era of artificial intelligence.
