中文摘要 日本学校改进的进程可以追溯至第二次世界大战后,大致呈现一个由内发式改进到外发式改进,再到内发式与外发式相结合的过程,具体而言可分为学校民主化、学校效率化、学校体制化和学校经营管理化四个阶段。当前,虽然日本的学校改进依然处在第四阶段,但以国家政策为导向的“外发式学校改进”已趋于平稳,以提升“学校力”为目标的“内发式学校改进”正不断被推进。为了行之有效地提升“学校力”,日本非常重视校内、校外联动机制的构建。与之相应,学校改进所呈现的基本路向有:以PDCA为模式的校本课程经营管理,以“学习共同体”为载体的校内研修,以学校的持续改进为目的的学校评价。
英文摘要 School improvement in Japan could be dated from post-war, which has experienced from "internal school improvement" to "external school improvement", and then to the combination of internal and external school improvement. Specifically, it can be divided into four periods: "school democracy period", "school efficiency period", "school government period " and "school management period At present, although the school improvement in Japan is still in the fourth period, the "external school improvement" oriented by national policy has been stabilized, and the "internal school improvement" aimimg to promote "school power" is being continuously promoted. In order to effectively improve the "school power", Japan pays much attention to establishing the internal and external linkage mechanism. Accordingly, three basic directions of school improvement in Japan could be concluded as: taking PDCA as a model of school-based curriculum management, building a learning community for school-based training, updating school evaluations for continuous school improvement.
