中文摘要 进入21世纪,学校领导的变革再度聚焦教与学的改进,专注学生学习成效的改善成为学校领导变革的重要议程,由此将着力点转移到“学习领导”这个议题,强调学校领导者要更加重视学习与领导的联结。采用研究综述法对国际学习领导研究报告的内容进行分析,发现学校领导者在实践中所展现的学习领导作为主要包括支持教师发展、专注学生学习成效、取得与善用资源、构建学习愿景、运用分散性领导、经营课程教学、塑造学习环境和氛围七大构面。这些学习领导作为的实践既会受到领导者个性特质的影响,又会受到社会文化情境因素的调节,学校领导者的学习领导作为直接通过学校运作和课堂活动间接地影响学生的学习成效。
英文摘要 Entering the 21st century, school leadership change has re-focused on the improvement of teaching and learning, the improvement of the students' learning effectiveness has become an important agenda. The change of school leadership will shift its focus to the issue of "leadership for learning", it emphasizes that the school leaders should attach great importance to the connection between learning and leadership. This study uses research synthesis method and it shows that the implementation of leadership for learning comprises seven dimensions including supporting teachers' development, focusing on students' learning achievement, acquiring and using resources, establishing learning vision, performing shared leadership, managing curriculum and teaching, shaping the learning environment and atmosphere. The practice of these leadership for learning will be influenced by both the leader's personal qualities and the socio-cultural context. The leadership for learning of school leaders has indirect impact on student learning effectiveness through school level and classroom activities.
