中文摘要 随着理性主义管理思想的胜利、人本主义的流行和物质生活的繁荣,公众对好教育的需求持续增长,教育质量持续提高形成强势,世界各国均关注学校改进的研究与实践,各种学校改进项目层出不穷。通过对美国、英国、德国、荷兰、日本、澳大利亚等代表性国家的学校改进样态的比较分析,发现其共同经验是以促进学生成长为根本目的;研究与实践高度互动;以项目方式推进和管理;走政府、大学、学校和社会多方合作的道路。学校改进所面临的共同问题是;成本相对高、成效相对小、成功相对难。系统化工程、专业化网络和数据化驱动是学校改进的共同发展趋势。
英文摘要 With the triumph of rationalist management thought, the popularity of humanism and the prosperity of material life, the public's demand for good education continues to grow, and the development momentum for improving educational quality keeps strong. Therefore countries around the world continuously carry out the research and practice on school improvement, and a variety of school improvement programs emerges. Through a comparative analysis of the modality of school improvement in some representative countries, such as the US, UK, Germany, Netherlands, Japan and Australia, this research finds that the common experience of school improvement is: student growth is the core goal for school improvement; program development is the product of interaction between research and practice; improvement propulsion and management is program-based; government, university, society and K-12 schools cooperate on school improvement. Inevitably, there are some common problems in school improvement: high in cost, limited effect and uneasy for success. Finally, it is also worth noting that systematic engineering, specialized networks and data-driven approach are the common development trends for school improvement. Above research conclusions provide useful insights for the in-depth study, extensive development and continuous dissemination of school improvement all over the world.
