中文摘要 教师教育专业认证作为教师质量保障与提升的重要手段,备受各国政府和学者关注。当前国际教师教育专业认证发展趋向“证据为本”的绩效评价,重点关注教师培养效能以及对学生学习产生的积极影响。对美国、澳大利亚、加拿大等发达国家基于证据的教师教育专业认证评估经验进行梳理,有助于对我国有效开展师范专业认证工作提供借鉴。
英文摘要 Teacher education professional accreditation , as one of the significant means to guarantee the quality of teacher education , has attracted much attention from researchers and policy-makers all over the world. At present , the approach of international teacher education professional accreditation has been shifting from input to evidence-based performance evaluation focusing on the effectiveness of teacher preparation and the positive impact on students, learning. This paper reviewed the evidence-based evaluation of teacher education professional accreditation from the developed countries primarily including the United States , Australia , Canada and UK. It would provide significant implications for teacher education professional accreditation in Chinese context in research , policy and practice.
