中文摘要 新中国成立以来,教育管理学学科历经沉寂和停滞、复苏与重建、成形与发展、繁荣与分化、沉淀与深化五个阶段的学科建制,取得巨大成就。学科研究对象与性质逐渐走向明确,学科体系搭建日趋成熟,研究方法日益多元化与规范化,学科不断繁荣并走向分化。学科今后发展仍需要重新审视学科设置和分类,解决学科的归属问题;确定教育管理学的研究对象,夯实教育管理学学科的独立性;确立教育管理学学科性质,使学科兼容并包的同时有所坚守;建构中国本土的教育管理学学科体系,注重教育管理学在我国的本土化建设;持续规范,实现教育管理学学科的研究范式的转型;打破学科壁垒,建立大教育管理学。
英文摘要 Since the founding of new China, the discipline development of educational management has experienced five stages: silence and stagnation, recovery and reconstruction, formation and development, prosperity and differentiation, precipitation and deepening. It has made great achievements. The research object and nature of the discipline have gradually become clear; the discipline system has become increasingly mature; the research methods have become increasingly diversified and standardized, and the discipline has become increasingly prosperous and differentiated. The future development of the discipline still needs to re-examine the setting and classification of the discipline and solve the problem of the attribution of the discipline, determine the research object of educational management and consolidate the independence of the discipline of educational management, establish the disciplinary nature of educational management to improve the compatibility of the discipline but maintain its uniqueness, and promote localization of discipline system of educational management in China. The future development of the discipline needs to continually standardize and realize the transformation of the research paradigm, and break down the discipline barrier, so as to establish the grand education management discipline.
