中文摘要 教育环境的日趋复杂,教育发展的需求日益多样化,对小学教师的专业素养与工作能力提出了较高要求。采用小学教师职业压力量表、教师职业认同量表、复原力量表(CD-RISC)对857名小学教师进行问卷调查,以探讨职业压力对小学教师职业认同的影响机制与复原力在该影响过程中的中介效应。结果表明,总体上,小学班主任的职业压力较大,在工作负荷、考试压力以及学生因素方面显著高于科任教师与行政人员;职业压力对复原力与职业认同的负向预测作用显著,复原力对职业认同的正向预测作用显著;复原力在职业压力与职业认同之间发挥一定中介作用;通过增加内在心理资源和外在环境资源能有效提升个体复原力。因此,应从增加自身资源、丰富条件资源、获取能源资源等方面增强保护因子,培育和发展教师复原力,进而缓解小学教师的职业压力,提升其职业认同水平。
英文摘要 The increasing complexity of educational environment and the diversified demands of educational development have put forward higher requirements for the professionalism and working ability of primary school teachers. This study, by using the occupational stress scale, teacher occupational identity scale and resilience scale (CD-RISC), surveyed 857 primary school teachers to explore the influencing mechanism of occupational stress on primary school teachers' occupational identity and the mediating effect of resilience in this process. The results are as follows: Overall, the class teachers' occupational pressure is greater than the subject teachers and school administrators in terms of workload, test pressure and student factors. Occupational stress had a significant negative predict on teacher resilience and occupational identity, while resilience had a significant positive predict on occupational identity. Meanwhile, Resilience is a mediating factor between occupational stress and occupational identity. Resilience can be effectively enhanced by increasing the internal psychological resources and external environmental resources. Therefore, efforts should be made to alleviate the professional pressure of primary school teachers and improve their
professional identity as follows, strengthen protection factors by increasing teachers' self-resources, conditional resources and energy resources, and then cultivate and develop teachers' resilience.
