2018年第16屆由歐洲高能力協會（European Council for High Ability，簡稱ECHA）舉辦的歐洲高能力研討會於8月8日至11日在愛爾蘭都柏林舉辦，研討會主題是「與21世紀的資優學生同行」(Working with Gifted Students in the 21th Century)。本文側寫研討會，並分享歐洲資優教育概況。

The 16th Conference of the European Council for High Ability was held from August 8 to 11, 2018 in Dublin, Ireland on the theme of “Working with gifted students in the 21st century”. In this article, the author reported what she observed and learned from attending the conference and based on it, she also shared recent development of the gifted education in European countries.
