中文摘要 行之有效的学习评价对学生学习和教师教学至关重要\"学习评价受多种因素影响,并且在不同阶段呈现不同的特征。以美国教育政策演变为背景,对美国基础教育阶段学习评价进行深入解读,发现在其演变历程中,主要凸显出四种特征:使用信息技术探索无纸化评价,并对此进行了长期研究,推进数字化评价方法;发展形成性评价的过程中关注学习性评价;社会第三方评价机构深度介入到学习评价中,专业化程度不断提升;建立数据系统,关注纵向个体内差异评价。学习评价领域的探索是美国改善学生国际测试成就措施的重要部分,效果良好,对其经验虽不可全盘照搬,但对我国有一定借鉴意义。
英文摘要 Effective learning assessment is very important to both students’ learning and teachers’ teaching. The evolution of learning evaluation is influenced by a variety of factors and presents different characteristics at different stages. With the education policy as background, make deep interpretation of learning assessment in fundamental education in American, four characteristics are highlighted: It conducted a long time to promote the digital evaluation methods on the use of information technology; Developped the formative assessment, meanwhile pay attention to assessment for learning ; The social third party evaluation institutions are deeply involved in the learning evaluation, and the degree of specialization of learning evaluation is improved; The establishment of data systems, concerned about the vertical evaluation of individual differences. Although its experience can not be copied, there is still a certain reference for our country.
