中文摘要 本研究探討傳統文化對原住民族家庭教育維持的重要性及角色,如何在現今社會中受到重大挑戰。當原有的規訓及倫理難以繼續被維繫時,其所面臨的家庭教育挑戰便一波波來襲,在政策上如何賦權族人,可以在哪些思考點上稍以調整,是本研究試圖想要提出初探的動機。強調人類發展與社會、文化存在著相互作用,而文化背景是牽動著個人及社群發展的重要關鍵之一。本研究採用深度訪談,以半結構式訪談的方式針對十位不同族群、部落的原住民耆老進行口述整理,探討原住民傳統文化崩解過程中,接踵而至的當代原住民家庭教育所面臨的衝擊,包括:親職教育、子職教育、婚姻教育、倫理教育、多元文化教育,和資源管理教育等六個層面。本研究結果強調,原住民族傳統家庭文化的消逝,讓族人們對傳統價值的家庭教育在延續和傳承上產生斷層,同時也面臨了現代家庭教育價值的陌生。文中最後對臺灣原住民家庭教育推廣提出建議,包括從原住民世界觀進行處遇、避免泛原住民概念來形塑原住民家庭教育的方案,以及整合跨單位的投入與合作。
英文摘要 The research explores the importance of traditional cultural to the family education of the indigenous families by deploying qualitative to explain that, under the changing traditional culture, the challenges of family education that the indigenous families face and to propose recommendations on the direction of future development. While the interaction between human development, society and culture is given much emphasis, on the other hand cultural background is one of the key elements that influence an individual and social community. The research applies in-depth interviews with a semi-structured interview format with ten different indigenous tribal elders, whose oral accounts were collated to explore the impact on family education resulting from the disintegration of the indigenous traditional culture, which includes: parenting education, children education, marital education, ethical education, multi-cultural education, and resources and management education. Collating the disappearing of the traditional indigenous family cultural capital has rendered a chasm in the tribal members on the continuance and re-generation of family education. At the end, recommendation for the family education in Taiwan indigenous families was proposed, including: disposition of indigenous world view, avoidance of stereotyping the indigenous to construct solutions to indigenous family education, and cross-agency integration of efforts and cooperation.
