中文摘要 校長如何發揮整合領導力,受到後現代教育思潮與數位學習方式的影響,同時也是校長治理學校的重要課題。據此,本研究之研究目的在於:一、探討校長整合領導的意涵;二、探討校長整合領導的教育哲思基礎;三、探討校長發揮整合領導力的實踐策略。本研究除以相關文獻為論述基礎外,以訪談為研究方法,並以立意取樣選取兼具學校教育現場實務經驗者,與學者專家為研究對象。經資料的分析後,獲得結論如後:一、整合領導係多層面整全融合;二、教育哲思是校長領導的DNA;三、校長實踐整合領導策略多元;四、校長整合領導力具多元特性。最後,提出建議以供參考。
英文摘要 Based on the influence of post-modern education thought and digital learning style, principal exerted integrate leadership force was the important issues in school governance. According to above background, the research purposes of this study was to explore: 1. the meaning of integrated leadership; 2. the educational philosophy of principal’s integrated leadership; and 3. the practice strategies of principal’s exerting integrated leadership force. Except the literature review, purposeful sampling was the method of selecting samples. The samples included principals and scholars who possessed theory and practice experience in education environment. The conclusion was as follows: 1. integrated leadership involves multi-dimensional integration; 2. educational philosophy is the DNA of principal leadership; 3. principals implement diverse strategies for integrated leadership; and 4. integrated leadership by principals exhibits diverse characteristics. Finally, recommendations are provided for reference.
