中文摘要 在新世代的教育環境中,無論是政治、經濟、社會及文化都不斷地在震盪變動,身為校長,要如何因應時代的變遷、組織文化的改變,領導學校開創出新的教育希望,展現學校更高的績效,這是校長的責任與使命。隨著時代更迭,校長領導漸從領導行為的模式與技術,發展至強調具象徵性符號意義的領導策略運用,將文化的力量化為領導力,運用領導策略,影響學校成員的價值與信念,以帶領學校發展。本研究透過文獻探討,理解校長文化領導的相關理論與困境,進而歸納校長實踐文化領導的策略。校長透過文化領導實踐策略,在學校能展現適性領導,以文化認同為基礎,形塑學校願景,進行文化實踐,進而延續學校優質文化,帶動教育創新作為,展現學校效能。
英文摘要 The educational environment in the new generation has changed greatly in terms of politics, economics, society and culture. It is the responsibility and the mission of the principals to cope with such changes, leading the school to perform even better. As time goes on, the study of principals’ leadership has moved from focusing on the modes and the skills of the leading behaviors to emphasizing the practice of the leading strategies in developing the school with symbolic meaning which affect members’ value and thought through transforming cultural power into leadership. This study aims to explore the theories and the difficulties of principals’ cultural leadership through literature review, and then to conclude the strategies for implementing cultural leadership. It is believed that principals can show adaptive leadership from implementing cultural leadership strategies. In this way, not only the visions can be shaped based on cultural identity, but also the high quality of school culture as well as educational innovation and effectiveness can be achieved.
