中文摘要 高等教育是國家人才培育的重要基地,基本素養教育與適性教學的政策推展是各高等教育機構重要課題。在臺灣,先前許多相關研究較偏向利用學生自陳方式評估學生的核心能力,較少應用第三方評估工具探究大學生基本素養全貌,對基本素養教育推行成效之探究亦少。因此,本研究旨在探討大學生基本素養的分布狀況與其特性,並且在性別上進行比較與深入探討。本研究乃以臺北某大學為研究場域,對107學年度入學新生進行測驗,間隔兩年(109學年度)後,對同一批學生進行追蹤探究。研究結果發現,宜多發展「生涯發展素養」、「溝通合作素養」、「問題解決」、「人文素養」、「終身學習」和「美感素養」等六項素養;不同性別與學院學生之基本素養樣貌多元複雜,且經過兩年大學教育後,男生和女生在這些素養的認知能力和情意態度上有些許變化。本研究根據研究結果加以討論,並提供一些對素養教育和適性教學之相關建議。
英文摘要 Higher education institutions serve as major organizations of cultivating human resources in a country. The implementation of the policies regarding general literacy education and adaptive instructions are important for higher education institutions. In Taiwan, many previous studies often tend to the investigation of core competences which college students’ acquire by using students’ self-assessment. However, there is few research exploring the full understanding regarding college students’ general literacy by employing a third assessment tool or investigating the outcome of implementing the policy on general literacy education. This article aims to investigate the distribution and characteristics of college students’ general literacy, especially more discussions on gender. Students enrolling one university in Taipei in 2018 were surveyed, and two years later, they were surveyed again. This research found that, college students need more efforts on six literacies, including life and career, communication and collaboration, problem solving, humanistic literacy, lifelong learning literacy, and aesthetics literacy. The distribution of these tern literacies were diverse by gender and different fields. Two years later, males’ and females’ cognition and attitudes regarding these literacies had some changes. Discussion and suggestion of literacy education and adaptive instructions are provided.
