伴随着多极化格局的深入发展和世界城市网络的重构，国际大都市的战略地位日益凸显，并为教育发展提出了更高标准与需求。然而，人口膨账、老龄化加剧、创新生态重塑、师资短缺、第四次教育革命兴起等城市特质与变革趋势，却使其教育发展面临着诸多独特或升级化的难题与挑战。为此，国际大都市纷纷采取改革措施：着力促进基础教育优质均衡发展，拓展融合教育，构建弹性化贯通式人才培养模式，提高科研创新服务水平，鼓励多主体协同育人，助推终身体系中的创新创业教育，强化教师队伍建设，扩大国际交流与合作，促进信息技术与教育深度融合。通过这些措施,以期为更好应对时代挑战，撬动竞争优势奠定坚实的教育基袖与人才助力。

| 英文摘要 |
With the in-depth development of multi-polarization and the reconstruction of the global-city-network, the strategic status of international metropolis is increasingly promoted, and higher requirements and demands are put forward for its development of education. However, the educational of international metropolises is confronted with several unique or upgrated challenges due to the population expansion, aging crisis, innovation ecological reconstruction, shortage of teachers, and the fourth education revolution. Therefore, the international metropolises have promoted a series of education reforms, which mainly include promoting the high-quality and balanced development in basic education, strengthening inclusive education, constructing a flexible and integrate training model, improving the level of scientific research innovation service, encouraging multi-agent cooperation, advancing innovation and entrepreneurship education in the lifelong education system, improving the teachers' troop, expanding the international exchanges and cooperation, and accelerating the deep integration of information technology and education, in order to better cope with the challenges of the new era and leverage competitive advantages on a strong educational foundation and talents support.
