| 英文摘要 |
Under the background of intensified competition for international talents, rising national protectionism and diversified development trend of international student mobility, developed economies such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada and the European Union have introduced policy measures such as adjusting employment visa policies, building an integrated international education system, tightening international education cooperation and exchanges related to sensitive and new technologies, and formulating guidelines on risk prevention of international education cooperation and exchanges. These policies and measures may have an impact on the prevention of brain drain of scientific and technological innovation, the struggle for the right to speak in international education, the right to share knowledge and technology, and the ecology of global academic and scientific research cooperation, which should be paid attention to.
