2015 年9 月23 日，韩国教育部发布新的课程修订标准，提出“提升学生核心素养，培养创新融 合型人才”的课程改革方向，实现基础教育在课程结构、课程内容及教学模式等方面的变革。主要内容涵盖人 才培养目标及规格的修订、小学阶段教育目标及课时的调整以及初高中阶段教育目标及课程结构的改革。改革 的特点包括更新课程理念，构建“核心素养”体系；明确培养目标，打造“创新融合型人才”；革新课程结构， 增设“自由课程”与“融合课程”；改革课程教学与评价，推进零书面考试的“自由学期”。韩国新一轮基础 教育课程改革的经验对中国具有借鉴意义。

| 英文摘要 |
In September, 2015, the Korean Ministry of Education developed a new revised curriculum standard. The direction of curriculum reform are developing students’ key competencies and fostering innovative interdisciplinary talents. Reform on curriculum structure, curriculum content and teaching model are issued. Summarizing and analyzing the background, measures and characteristics of the Elementary and Secondary school curriculum reform of 2015 in South Korea will be very valuable for the curriculum reform in China.
