中文摘要 从中国教育大数据元年的开启到教育数字化转型战略的提出,教育领域的数据应用不仅面临着物化数字化基础设施的迭代更新,还亟待构建应用主体教师的数字化思维和能力。当前学校教育实践主要从宏观层面关注数据应用技术和活动的施展,而对教师具体如何理解和使用数据鲜少问津。教师作为教育数字化转型的关键中介变量,我们是否能够理解一线教师在数据应用实践中所面临的实际困难,以及是否能够从具体层面认识教师理解和分析数据的复杂心理过程和规律,这将决定着教育领域数据应用的整体面貌和最终成效。该研究通过系统梳理教师数据应用的主要制约和影响因素,从微观视角关注教师数据应用过程,归纳推动教师数据应用和过程探究的方法,试图为当前数据驱动的学校变革提供有益启示和建议。
英文摘要 From the beginning of China’s education big data era to the proposal of the education digital transformation strategy, data applications in the education field not only face the iterative updating of materialized digital infrastructure, but also urgently need to build the digital thinking and ability of application subject teachers. The current school education practice mainly focuses on the implementation of data application technology and activities from a macro level, with little attention paid to how teachers specifically understand and use data. As a key intermediary variable in the digital transformation of education, whether we can understand the practical difficulties faced by frontline teachers in data application practice, and whether we can understand the complex psychological processes and laws of teachers understanding and analyzing data from a specific level, will determine the overall appearance and ultimate effectiveness of data application in the education field. This study systematically reviews the main constraints and influencing factors of teacher data application, focuses on the process of teacher data application from a micro perspective, summarizes methods to promote teacher data application and process exploration, and attempts to provide useful insights and suggestions for the current data-driven school reform.
