中文摘要 进入21世纪后,英国教育系统投入了大量的资源以合作策略促进学校改进,目的是推动基于公平的教育系统改进和支持复杂环境的教育革新。这些校际合作策略在学校改进、教师发展和学生成就发挥了重要作用。英国中小学校际合作机制的成功要素包括:明确合作的关键目标、采用新的领导力模型、培养产生合作性关系的情感纽带、地方当局的促进者角色以及建立深度的校际伙伴关系。这对我国在新时代公平与质量背景下教育治理中共同体办学模式有一定的借鉴价值。
英文摘要 After entering the 21st century, the British educational system has invested a lot of resources to improve schools in terms of constructing cooperative strategies, which is aimed to promote a more equitable education system and support educational innovation under complex environment. These strategies of school-school cooperation play an important role in school improvement, teacher development and student achievement. The key factors for the success of school-school cooperation mechanism in Britain include: clarifying the key objectives of cooperation, adopting new leadership models, cultivating the emotional ties that lead to cooperative relationships, the role of local authorities as facilitators and the establishment of deep interschool partnerships, which has a certain reference value for our country to promote grouping school running more effectively in the context of equity and quality.
