中文摘要 “双减”后的教育质量必须依靠深化教育教学改革加以保障。落实“双减”需要应用信息化手段推动教育系统的深层次变革,扩大优质教育资源供给,创新教学服务方式,为师生创建有利于减负增效提质的育人环境。该文在阐释数字教育资源如何赋能“双减”落地的基础上,提出需要从线上学习资源、立德树人主题资源、家校协同育人资源、智能化作业工具等方向扩大优质资源供给,并探索了如何应用数字资源服务课堂教学、服务个性化学习、服务分层作业、服务课后服务的基本策略,为数字教育资源赋能“双减”改革提供理论依据。
英文摘要 The quality of education after the “double reduction” must be guaranteed by deepening education and teaching reforms. The implementation of “double reduction” requires the application of information technology to promote in-depth changes in the education system, expand the supply of high-quality educational resources, innovate teaching service methods, and provide teachers and students with an educational environment conducive to reducing burden and increasing efficiency. On the basis of explaining how digital education resources can enable the implementation of “double reduction”, this article proposes the need to expand the supply of high-quality resources from online learning resources, moral education theme resources, home-school collaborative education resources, and intelligent work tools, and explored the basic strategies of how to use digital resources to serve the classroom teaching, serve personalized learning, serve layered homework, and serve after-school services,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the “double reduction” reform of the empowerment of digital education resources.
