中文摘要 教育水平对个人收入具有显著的正向影响,但现有研究所关注的生产功能和信号、筛选功能并不是教育水平影响个人收入的全部路径。从教育的传递社会规范功能角度出发,在引入情境性因素的基础上,针对教育水平对个人收入的影响机制,构建了以规则意识和努力主导型价值观为中介变量和调节变量的有调节的中介作用模型,并通过中国综合社会调查(CGSS)项目数据对其进行了验证。研究发现:第一,规则意识部分中介了教育水平对个人收入的正向作用;第二,努力主导型价值观正向调节了教育水平对个人收入的正向影响;第三,努力主导型价值观正向调节了规则意识在教育水平和个人收入关系中的中介作用。未来可借助认知理论并采取深度访谈等质化研究的方式,进一步探索教育水平对个人收入的影响机制。
英文摘要 Education has a significant positive impact on personal income. However, the function of production and the function of screening are not the entire path of education affecting personal income. From the perspective of education's social normative function, by introducing situational factors, this paper establishes a model with moderating intermediary role that takes regulation consciousness and diligence-dominated values as mediating variable and moderating variable to explore the mechanism of education's impact on personal income and verifies the model by CGSS survey data. Key findings are summarized as follows: firstly, regulation consciousness acts as a partial mediator between education and personal income; secondly, diligence-dominated values positively adjust the mediating role of the positive impact of education on personal income; thirdly, diligence-dominated values positively adjust the moderating role of regulation consciousness between education and personal income. In the future, we can further explore the mechanism of education's impact on personal income by the means of cognitive studies and qualitative research such as in-depth interviews.
