中文摘要 技職教育與產業發展的關係密不可分,教育部為因應社會產業需求的轉變,於2014年11月發布並於2019年8月正式上路的「108課綱」,其最大突破在於增加各群科技能領域實習科目課程,冀以提升就業力與產業競爭力。108課綱技術型高中實習課程學習內容若能與勞動部職能基準相對應,便能落實務實致用的教育目標。本研究以內容分析法與焦點團體訪談法進行,先行蒐集技術型高中室內設計科、室內空間設計科部定實習科目學習主題與室內設計助理職能基準之相關文獻,再以焦點團體訪談法進行課程學習主題與職能內涵(知識、技能、態度,簡稱KSA)之對應情形,研究結果發現:一、設計群共同實習科目應加強培育學生簡報與文書處理技能;二、室內設計技能領域實習科目培育方向大多能對應室內設計助理職能內涵。本研究之目的旨在探討108課綱技術型高中設計群室內設計科、室內空間設計科與室內設計助理職能基準之對應情形,期望能針對課程內容設計提供建議,並作為未來相關研究之參考。
英文摘要 Technical and vocational education has an inseparable relationship with industrial development. In response to changes in the needs of the social industry, the Ministry of Education issued it in November 2014 and officially launched in August 2019. It is called the “108 Curriculum”, its biggest breakthrough. The aim is to increase internship courses in various groups of science and technology fields in order to enhance employability and industrial competitiveness. If the learning content of 108-syllabus technical high school internship courses can correspond to the functional benchmarks of the Ministry of Labor, the pragmatic education goals can be implemented. This research is conducted by content analysis method and focus group interview method. Firstly, it collects relevant documents on the subject learning subject and the functional benchmark of the interior design assistant in the technical high school room setting section, and then uses the focus group interview method to conduct the curriculum learning subject and functional connotation. According to the corresponding situation of KSA, the research results found that: (1) the design group designated internship subjects seldom cultivate student briefing and word processing skills; (2) the direction of the designated technical field internship subjects has a high degree of correspondence with the connotation of the interior design assistant function. The purpose of this research is to explore the correspondence between the interior design department, interior space design department and the interior design assistant function benchmark of the 108-course technical high school design group. It is hoped that it can provide suggestions on the design of the course content and serve as a reference for future related research.
