中文摘要 技术嵌入是优化教师资源配置,提升教育质量的重要方式。当前农村教师编制配置面临诸多难题,信息技术成为提高编制配置效率、实现优质教师资源共享和辅助教师开展个性化教育的必然选择。为科学评估信息技术对农村教师编制需求的调节空间,建构了纳入课程信息化度的教师编制测算模型,测算了不同信息技术嵌入方式下的农村教师编制需求。结果表明,若在农村地区推广同步课堂和专递课堂,可对教师编制需求结构进行系统调节,从而提高编制使用效率,提升教育教学质量。为了实现信息技术和教师资源的深度融合,使课程信息化度最大化,应健全教育信息化管理体制、优化技术应用环境以及构建教师信息素养发展支持体系。
英文摘要 Technology embedding is an important way to optimize the allocation of teacher resources and improve the quality of education. At present, the allocation of rural teacher staffing is facing many problems. Information technology has become an inevitable choice to improve the efficiency of allocation, to realize the sharing of high-quality teachers and to assist teachers in carrying out personalized education. In order to scientifically evaluate the adjustment space of information technology on rural teacher staffing demand, a teacher staffing measurement model incorporating curriculum informatization degree has been constructed to measure rural teacher staffing demand under different information technology embedding modes. The results show that if synchronous classroom and Courier classroom are promoted in rural areas, the demand structure of teacher staffing can be adjusted systematically, so as to improve the efficiency of staffing and the quality of education and teaching. In order to realize the deep integration of information technology and teacher resources and maximize the degree of curriculum informatization, it is necessary to perfect the educational informatization management system, optimize the application environment of technology and construct the support system for the development of teacher information literacy.
