中文摘要 本研究旨在探討新北市公、私立托嬰中心主管正向領導與托育人員工作滿意度及團體凝聚力之關連情形。採用問卷調查法,以新北市公、私立托嬰中心之托育人員為研究對象,發出337份問卷,回收有效問卷328份,有效回收率97%。本研究發現,新北市公私立托嬰中心之托育人員在主管正向領導與工作滿意度及團體凝聚力感受均屬中高等程度;其中托育人員工作滿意度以「工作肯定」得分最高,「留任意願」最低;托育人員團體凝聚力以「個人角色價值」感受程度最高。研究亦發現,托嬰中心主管正向領導與托育人員工作滿意度及其團體凝聚力均達顯著正相關,且托嬰中心主管正向領導對托育人員工作滿意度及其團體凝聚力亦達顯著預測力。本研究依據結果提出相關建議,供未來實務應用及研究參考。
英文摘要 This study was mainly to investigate the relationship between the positive leadership of supervisors and job satisfaction and group cohesiveness in New Taipei City of caregivers in infant and toddler care centers. The method of study was used survey with questionnaire, and the participants were 328 caregivers in infant and toddler care centers in New Taipei City. The percentages of valid samples are 97%. Based upon statistical analysis and discussion, research conclusions were as following, the positive leadership of supervisors and job satisfaction and group cohesiveness in New Taipei City of caregivers in infant and toddler care centers was higher than average; In which, the “job recognition” of job satisfaction of caregivers in infant and toddler care centers was the highest; the “intention to stay” was the lowest; the group cohesiveness of “the value of personal role” are the highest. The research also found, between positive leadership of supervisors and job satisfaction and group cohesiveness were highly positive correlation. Also, the positive leadership of supervisors has significant predictive power for the job satisfaction and group cohesiveness of caregivers in infant and toddler care centers. Based upon these findings, this study provides suggestions to caregivers in infant and toddler and government for application and research in future.
