中文摘要 本研究旨在探討新生在過渡階段為什麼不主動學習?過程碰到哪些困難?如何從學生的痛點,看見學校推動大一年的盲點。本研究以教育部「素養導向高教學習創新計畫」所主辦之學生經驗洞察工作坊為主要田野,透過資料分析,本研究發現新生不主動學習的原因主要源於「雙重過渡」期間所面臨的三大挑戰:適應獨立生活、轉換學習模式及建立人際關係。這些挑戰不僅反映新生過渡的複雜性也指出學校在應對這些挑戰時的盲點。針對上述挑戰,本研究提出相關建議,希望對教育實務、政策推動和後續研究能有所助益。
英文摘要 This study explores why first-year college students resist learning during their transition to college. Drawing on data from workshops and meetings organized by the office of The XPlorer Project: A University Competency-Based Education Initiative in the Humanities and Social Sciences, the results of this study showed three primary challenges faced by first-year students: adapting to independent living, transitioning learning modes, and building supporting networks and relationship. These challenges may cause students to resist learning, refuse to become adult, not only reflecting the complexity of the transition phase for f but also pointing out blind spots in schools support for the transition of first year students. The study further proposes specific recommendations aim to provide practical insights for educational practices, policy advancement, and future research. To conclude, this study may suggest opportunities for fostering a more enriching and effective learning environment.
