中文摘要 实现教育教学的初心,需要优化教师的工作负担,让教师把时间精力放到教书育人的主业上。现实中教师工作负担面临着多重异化,“忙碌”“茫然”“盲目”成为很多中小学教师的常态。究其根本,教师职责的扩大化、教师评价的问责化、教师支持的薄弱化是导致中小学教师工作负担异化的主要原因。我们需要明确教师的工作职责范围,有效控制教师工作负担总量;需要创新教师工作负担评价,建立“基础+弹性” 的工作负担结构;需要以“教师第一”的逻辑进行教师工作管理,营造教师友好型的学校文化新生态。
英文摘要 To realize the initial intention of education and teaching, it is necessary to optimize the teachers’ workload, so that teachers can put themselves into teaching and cultivating. In reality, teachers’ workload faces multiple alienation. “Busy”, “Dazed” and “Blindness” have become the norm for many primary and secondary school teachers. Substantially, the enlargement of teachers’ responsibilities, the accountability of teacher evaluation, and the weakening of teacher support are the main reasons for the alienation. We need to clarify the scope of the teacher’s job responsibilities, effectively control the total workload; need to innovate the teacher’s workload evaluation, establish a basic plus flexible workload structure; uphold the conviction “Teacher First” to manage teachers’ workload to build a Teacher-friendly school culture.
