中文摘要 本研究利用統合分析(meta-analysis)方法探討臺灣性教育介入對學生性知識、性態度、行為意向與自我效能之成效。本研究主要蒐集臺灣1999~2019年間以學生為研究對象之性教育介入相關文獻,經篩選後共有41篇符合本研究之文獻,經統計受試者共有7,118人,其中實驗組有3,643人,控制組有3,475人。本研究採隨機效果模式,研究結果顯示:一、性教育介入之實驗組成效高於控制組;二、性教育介入對整體性知識的提升效果最為顯著,其次為自我效能與性態度,至於行為意向的提升效果較小;三、調節變項中介入者、介入方式、受試者類別、學科領域與出版類別顯著影響性教育介入之效果。
英文摘要 Meta-analysis was used to explore the effects of sex education interventions on sexual knowledge, attitudes, behavioral intentions, and self-efficacy of students in Taiwan. The study collected relevant literature on sex education interventions in Taiwan from 1999 to 2019. After screening, 41 articles were included. The total number of participants was 7,118, and they were divided into an experimental group (3,643) and a control group (3,475). The results are as follows. 1. Sex education intervention in the experimental group was more effective than in the control group. 2. Sex education interventions had significant, positive effects for increasing sexual knowledge and had smaller positive effects for self-efficacy, sexual attitudes, and behavioral intention. 3. Moderator analyses indicate that all variables regarding sex education intervention were significantly related to the effects of sex education in schools, including the instructor, intervention method, subject category, subject area, and publication category.
