中文摘要 全球化的時代,教師主要協助學生應用擬真的學習環境,幫助學生從教科書中學到的知識,結合臨床實際問題,提升問題解決的能力。而行動科技技術的進步使學生能夠應用學習資源,並在虛擬環境中安全學習,獲得正確的學習指導。本研究開發了一種具有體驗學習機制的行動學習系統,以支持產科四段觸診專業課程學習。並進行一項準實驗設計,驗證該方法對學生學習成績、學習參與及學習滿意度的影響。實驗結果顯示,本研究所提出的方法確實提高學生的學習成績、學習參與及學習滿意度,而且與控制組的學生相比,透過虛擬實境情境學習的學生,總結性評估表現出較積極的學習行為。基於本項研究結果,為開發有效的學習策略結合虛擬實境學習活動的醫護教材,提出了具體可行的參考建議。
英文摘要 Educators assist students in applying realistic learning environments, helping students learn problem-solving skills combined with practical clinical problems with what they have learned from textbooks. Advances in mobile technology enable students to apply learning resources and remember safely in a virtual environment with the proper learning guidance. In this study, an action-learning system with an experiential learning mechanism was developed to support learning the Leopold maneuvers professional course in obstetrics. A quasi-experimental design was carried out to verify the effect of this method on students' learning achievement, learning engagement, and learning satisfaction. Students who learn through summative assessment show more positive learning behaviors than students in the control group. Based on the results of this study, the value of specific reference suggestions for the development of effective learning strategies combined with virtual reality learning activities in medical and nursing textbooks is put forward.
