中国共产党领导教师工作的百年进程，是我国教师队伍不断发展壮大、教师素质不断提高、教师管理逐步规范化、制度化、法治化的过程。百年教师队伍发展凝聚着党关于教师、教师工作的智慧与思想，通过始终传承与发扬尊师重教的优良传统，充分发挥教师职业的引领性与先进性，大力发展与不断完善教师教育体系，持续完善教师制度，以制度化、法治化保障和促进教师发展和教师队伍建设，我国教师队伍建设取得显著成就，有力支撑起世界最大规模的教育体系，为我国经济社会发展提供重要的人才和智力支持。回首百年教师工作，坚持党对教师工作的领导，重视教师地位和作用，注重教师教育发展，不断改善教师工作生活条件成为我国教师队伍建设的经验与法宝。

| 英文摘要 |
The century-long process of the Communist Party of China's overall leadership in teacher's work is the process of the continuous development and growth of China’s teaching force, the continuous improvement of teacher quality, and the gradual standardization, institutionalization and rule of law of teacher management. The development of the teaching force over the past hundred years has coalesced the Party's wisdom and idea about teachers and teachers’ work. By always inheriting and carrying forward the fine tradition of respecting teachers, giving full play to the leading and advanced nature of the teaching profession, vigorously developing and constantly improving the teacher education system, continuously improving the teaching system, and safeguarding and promoting teacher development and the building of the teaching force with institutionalization and rule of law, the construction of China’s teaching force has made remarkable achievements and strongly support the world's largest education system, providing important talent and intellectual support for China's economic and social development. Looking back on a century of teachers’ work, insisting on the Party's leadership of teacher work, attaching importance to the status and role of teachers, focusing on the development of teacher education, and constantly improving the working and living conditions of teachers have become the experience and treasure of China’ s teaching force construction.
