中文摘要 世界教师教育制度改革的主要趋势和举措是建立开放的教师培养体系,确立大学系统中教师教育的专业地位,实现专门化师范教育向专业化教师教育的转型发展。比较当前发达国家的教师教育历程发现,教师教育体系大致可以分为“开放式”与“混合式”两种发展模式。为了构建灵活开放的教师教育体系,我国已由“老三级”师范教育体系转向“新三级”教师教育体系,进一步推动了教师教育专业化发展。从政策导向与发展趋势看,坚持以师范院校为主体、综合性大学共同参与的教师教育发展模式成为当下选择。这样既有利于综合性大学以学科综合优势来支撑教师教育以提高学科专业的学术性,又可以促进师范大学强化多学科优势以支撑高水平教师教育。
英文摘要 The main trend and measures of reform of the teacher education system in the world are to establish an open teacher training system, set up the professional status of teacher education in the university system, and realize the transformation from specialized normal education to specialized teacher education. Comparing the teacher education process in major developed countries, it is found that the teacher education system can be roughly divided into “open” and “mixed” development models. In order to build a flexible and open teacher education system,, Chinas teacher education has moved from the “old three-level” teacher education system to the “new three-level” teacher education system, which further promotes the specialized development of teacher education. From teacher education policy orientation and development trend, our country has chosen the model of normal universities as the main body and the participation of comprehensive universities. It is not only beneficial for comprehensive universities to support teacher education with comprehensive advantages of disciplines to improve the academicality of disciplines but also can promote normal universities to strengthen multi-disciplinary advantages to support high-level teacher education.
