中文摘要 本文采用问卷法,收集了广西、贵州、云南、重庆和辽宁五个省区2615名教师数据,分析了乡村小学教师的工作时间、工资水平,以及二者的关系。结果发现:时间总量方面,乡村小学教师的周工作时间达到53.35小时,超过县镇教师48.7小时的工作时间;时间结构方面,乡村小学教师的教学时间为11.0小时,占比20%;工资方面,乡村小学教师税后月均工资为3930.6元,奖励性工资月均476.6元;乡村教师的工作时间总体上并非多劳多得,奖励性工资对乡村教师的工作时间有一定的激励作用,日常管理相关的工作多劳多得,教学和个体指导相关的工作多劳少得。该研究结果对教师的时间配置、奖励性工资的有效分配具有参考意义。
英文摘要 Through a sample survey of teachers from five counties in Guangxi, Guizhou, Yunnan, Chongqing and Liaoning in 2016, this study investigated the total working hours, working time distribution, monthly salary and incentive salary levels of rural primary school teachers, and further analyzed the relationship between working hours and salary of rural primary school teachers. The results showed that: the weekly working hours of rural primary school teachers reached 53.35 hours, exceeding 48.7 hours of county and town teachers; the teaching hours of rural primary school teachers were 11.0 hours, ac-counting for about 20%; the monthly salary of rural primary school teachers after tax was 3930.6 yuan, and the incentive salary was 476.6 yuan; the working hours of rural teachers has a significant negative impact on the monthly salary after tax, a positive impact on the incentive salary, and no significant impact on the total salary. It shows that the incentive salary has a certain positive effect on the time devotion of rural teachers, but the overall incentive effect is not significant. The time related to teaching and individual guidance has a negative impact on the monthly salary after ta and the incentive salary, while management-related time has a positive impact on both types of salary. It can be seen that rural teachers can not get more pay for more work done, but they get more pay for daily management-related work done and less pay for teaching and individual guidance-related work done. The results of this study can be used for reference in the allocation of teachers, time and the effective distribution of rewarding salary.
