中文摘要 信息素养是教师适应信息化社会促进专业发展和实现与学生互动成长的关键,开展有效的教师信息素养测评成为世界各国及重要国际组织的一致诉求。本文以欧盟国际组织对教师信息素养测评研究为例,从测评视角、测评框架以及测评指标体系三个维度进行深入分析,发现其测评强调师生信息素养发展的一致性;强调与特定情境的适应性;突出能力发展的进阶性。最后,从评测的理念、目标、过程与反馈四个方面总结归纳其蕴含的理念与内在机理,评测理念从静态到动态;评测目标旨在促进师生信息素养互动发展;评测过程遵循教师专业发展的本质;评测结果给予精准诊断分析及提升建议。以期通过欧盟教师信息素养测评的系统分析,为我国促进教育信息化2.0目标达成及教师信息素养评价提供有益的借鉴。
英文摘要 Information literacy is the key for teachers to promote professional development and achieve interactive growth with students under the background of the information-based society. It has become the unanimous demand of researchers and important international organizations all over the world to carry out effective assessment of teachers information literacy. This paper takes the authoritative European Union (EU) s research on information literacy assessment of teachers as an example, and makes an in-depth analysis from the perspective of assessment, assessment framework and assessment indicator system. It finds that the assessment emphasizes the consistency of information literacy development of teachers and students, the adaptability to specific situations, and the advancement of ability development. Finally, the concept and internal mechanism are summarized from the four aspects of evaluation concept, evaluation objective, evaluation process and evaluation feedback. The evaluation concept from static to dynamic. The evaluation goal promotes the development of teacher-student interaction. The evaluation process follows the nature of teacher professional development. The evaluation results were fed back for accurate diagnosis and analysis. Through the systematic analysis of European Union teachers information literacy assessment, this paper hopes to provide a useful reference for China to achieve the goal of education informatization 2.0 and to evaluate teachers information literacy.
