面向中国教育现代化2035，迫切需要提高中国在教育领导与管理研究的影响力，实现中国基础教育的高质量发展。本文以国际教育领导与管理8本权威期刊为分析样本，运用文献计量学和对比分析方法，利用Citespace与R软件通过定量分析了国际教育领导与管理在2011—2020年间发文数量、高被引论文、核心作者、研究热点与趋势等指标和数据，揭示中国大陆学者在国际的发文情况，为系统、客观地评估我国教育领导与管理国际影响力提供参考依据。

| 英文摘要 |
Facing the modernization of China’s education in 2035, there is an urgent need to increase China’s impact in education leadership and management research to achieve high-quality development of China’s basic education. This article selects eight authoritative journals in international education leadership and management, adopts bibliometric and comparative analysis methods, and uses Cites pace and R software to quantitatively analyze articles published by these eight journals during 2011-2020 in terms of the number of papers and highly cited papers, core authors, research hotspots and trends, and other indicators. It reveals the status of international publications by scholars in mainland China and provides a guide for systematic and objective assessment of the international impact of educational leadership and management in China.
