中文摘要 当前,幼儿园教师职业倦怠现象非常普遍,研究其影响因素有助于提高教师工作积极性,推动高素质幼儿园教师队伍建设。本研究采用人际反应指针量表、心理资本问卷与教师职业倦怠问卷对526名幼儿园教师进行调查。研究发现,总体上幼儿园教师职业倦怠倾向明显、共情及心理资本水平中等偏上。幼儿园教师共情、心理资本与职业倦怠呈显著的负相关关系,心理资本在幼儿园教师共情和其职业倦怠之间起到部分中介作用。此外,教龄调节了心理资本对共情与职业倦怠关系的中介过程的后半段路径。以上研究结果对缓解幼儿园教师职业倦怠有一定理论价值和实践意义。
英文摘要 Job burnout of preschool teachers is a relatively common phenomenon. The research on its influencing factors will help to improve preschool teachers 5 work enthusiasm and promote the construction of high-quality preschool teachers. In this study, 526 preschool teachers were surveyed using the interpersonal reactivity index, Psychological Capital Questionnaire and Teacher Burnout Questionnaire. The study found that in general, preschool teachers’ job burnout tendencies are obvious, and their empathy and psychological capital levels are above average. Results showed us that preschool teachers’ empathy, psychological capital, teaching age, job burnout are significantly negatively correlated , and psychological capital plays a part of mediating role between preschool teacher’s empathy and job burnout. In addition, teaching age regulates the second half of the path of psychological capital’s mediation process of the relationship between empathy and job burnout. The above research results have certain theoretical value and practical significance for alleviating the job burnout of preschool teachers.
