中文摘要 课程能力是教师从事课程活动和开展深度教学必备的关键能力。提升教师的专业化水平,需要加强对教师课程能力结构的研究。教师课程能力模型由自上而下的文献搜集和理论基础探寻,以及自下而上的实践经验总结和对中小学教师的访谈建构而成。之后通过专家评价法和问卷调查法,运用探索性和验证性因素分析对模型及编制的问卷进行信效度检验,获得由20个能力要点、34个题项构成的教师课程能力结构六维模型。该模型可以作为测量工具,考查教师的课程能力表现水平,为教师课程能力的提升提供参考依据。
英文摘要 Curriculum ability is the key ability necessary for teachers to engage in curriculum activities and carry out in- depth teaching. In order to improve the teacher’s professional level, it is necessary to strengthen the study of teachers’ curriculum ability structure. The model of teachers’ curriculum ability is constructed from top-down literature collection and theoretical basis, as well as bottom-up practical experience summary and interviews with primary and secondary school teachers. Then, through expert evaluation and questionnaire survey method, the exploratory and verification factor analysis was used to test the model and the compiled questionnaire. The six-dimensional model of teacher’s curriculum ability structure was obtained, which consisted of 20 key points of ability and 34 questions. This model can be used as an evaluation tool to assess the performance level of the curriculum ability of teachers, so as to provide a reference for the improvement of teachers’ curriculum ability.
