应对气候变化危机，大学具有不可替代的关键作用。近年来，英国大学以责任为出发点，以合作为基本原则，在校园运行、人才培养、科学研究及社会服务等4个领域全面展开气候变化应对行动。一是不断完善学校“碳管理计划”，分阶段地实现校园“净零”运行；二是推行多层次的气候变化教育，提高所有学生的气候素养；三是推进绿色实验室建设，增强科研过程的环境可持续性，优先开展气候变化及相关交叉研究项目；四是加大与政府、企业及社会各部门互动合作，助力全社会低碳转型。在此基础上，越来越多的英国大学制定了系统的应对气候变化战略，并将其融入大学整体发展战略，以此统筹推进各项气候变化应对行动。

| 英文摘要 |
In the face of the climate crisis, universities play a key role that cannot be replaced. In recent years, with responsibility as the starting point and cooperation as the basic principle, British universities have taken comprehensive actions in four areas to tackle climate change, including campus operation, talent cultivation, scientific research and social services. Actions in the first area are improving campus carbon management plan continually and accomplishing the campus net zero operation in stages; Actions in the second area are promoting climate change education at few levels to improve the climate literacy of all students; Actions in the third area are promoting the development of green laboratories, enhancing the sustainability of the scientific research process, and giving priority to climate change and related cross-cutting research projects; Action in the fourth is increasing interaction and cooperation with government, enterprise and other sectors to facilitate low-carbon transformation of the whole society. Based on the above, more and more British universities are developing systematic climate change strategies and integrating them into the whole development strategies of university, so as to coordinate all actions to address climate change.
