中文摘要 在回应人的本质及其社会职责的问题时,通识教育与核心素养在体现知识整体性的通用能力、人格的完整性以及对心智的训练方面有其共同之处。基于学生核心素养的通识性要求,教师核心素养需要具备完整的知识结构、引导学生深度学习的综合教学能力以及养成有效的反思能力三个方面。本文通过研究通识教育理论与实践的特点,着重指出,通识教育在教育理论的完整性、课程设置的灵活性以及“论辩”教学方式的普及性方面,对推动我国教师核心素养的培养有一定的借鉴作用。
英文摘要 Responding to the question of the nature of human beings and their social responsibilities, general education and key competence share commonalities in terms of general competencies that reflect the wholeness of knowledge, integrity of personality, and training of the mind. Based on the generalist requirements of students’ key competence, teachers’ key competence requires three aspects: a complete knowledge structure, comprehensive teaching ability to guide students’ deep learning, and the development of effective reflective skills. By studying the characteristics of the theory and practice of general education, this paper highlights that the integrity of educational theory, the flexibility of curriculum, and the universality of the argument-based teaching method can be useful for promoting the cultivation of key competence among teachers in China.
