中文摘要 教师角色随着教育场景的变化而变化。迈入智能时代,教育时空的无边界性、知识样态的不稳定性、人机融合的教育发展趋势等特征日益凸显。与之相伴随的一种结果,是教学条件的智能化、教学关系的立体化、教学行为的人机交互性,而这亦是驱动智能时代教师角色变革的根本立场。教师自我如何理解和看待这一职业角色的性质、作用、目标和行为,主要取决于教师角色变革的价值逻辑。为此,该文基于价值理论的视角,建构了以价值基点、价值选择、价值规定和价值诉求为主线的智能时代教师角色确立的价值逻辑框架。
英文摘要 The teacher's role always changes with the change of educational scene. In the intelligence age, the boundless nature of education space-time, the instability of knowledge and the trend of human-computer integration in education development are increasingly prominent. As a result, it is the intelligence of teaching conditions, the three-dimensional teaching relationship and the man-machine interaction of teaching behavior, which constitute the fundamental position of driving the change of teacher’s role in the era of intelligence. How teachers understand and view the nature, function, goal and behavior of teachers' professional role mainly depends on the value logic of teachers’ role change. Therefore, based on the perspective of value theory, this paper constructs a value logic framework for the establishment of teacher,s role in the intelligent era, which takes value base point, value choice, value stipulation and value demand as the main line.
