中文摘要 美国是世界上较早施行教师教育专业认证的国家,经过多年的探索与发展,已经形成了相对成熟而完善的教师教育认证标准体系。美国教师教育专业认证评估是基于外部评价来保证教师教育机构资质与培养质量的举措。从美国教师教育专业认证的发展趋势来看,其认证标准的更新趋向中表现出明显的证据文化。本研究通过对美国教师教育认证标准中的证据文化(包括证据来源的丰富性、证据生产的过程性和证据实践的结果性)的梳理,对我国正在进行的师范类专业认证提供借鉴。
英文摘要 The United States is earlier country in the world to implement teacher education professional accreditation assessment. After years of exploration and development, the United States has formed a relatively mature and perfect teacher education accreditation standard system. Teacher education professional Accreditation assessment is an important measure to guarantee the qualification and training quality of teacher education institutions based on external evaluation. In recent years, judging from the development trend of professional certification of teacher education in the United States, the trend of updating certification standards has shown an obvious “evidence-based” feature. This study combs the evidence culture in the teacher education certification standards, including the diversity of evidence sources, the process of evidence production, and the result of evidence practice, to provide a reference for the professional certification work currently underway in China.
