中文摘要 近年来以人工智能为代表的产业技术为学习方式变革提供了契机,如何促进个性化学习已然成为教育领域关注的重要话题之一。知识图谱作为知识可视化发展的最新技术,拥有较强的表达能力,不仅能在不同知识点之间建立非线性的语义联系,还能解决在线学习中推荐、监控、评价、反馈等个性化学习支持问题,可以助力学习者系统高效地建构知识体系、优化学习决策,为个性化学习支持研究提供了新的视角。因此,该研究在分析个性化学习及相关研究现状基础上,立足学习者导向视角,在自我决定理论等指导下,构建了基于知识图谱的个性化学习模型,并从动机激发、知识建构、意志提升、能力增强四个维度出发,构建了基于知识图谱的个性化学习“四位一体”协同支持机制,设计了基于知识图谱的个性化学习系统原型,以期为给个性化学习研究提供一定参考。
英文摘要 In recent years, industrial technology represented by artificial intelligence has provided an opportunity for the reform of learning methods. How to promote personalized learning has become one of the important topics in the field of education. As the latest technology in the development of knowledge visualization, knowledge graph has strong expression ability. It can not only establish nonlinear semantic links between different knowledge points, but also solve personalized learning support problems such as recommendation, monitoring, evaluation and feedback in online learning. It can help learners systematically and efficiently construct knowledge system and optimize learning decisions, it provides a new perspective for the research of personalized learning support. Therefore, based on the analysis of personalized learning and related research status, based on the learner oriented perspective, under the guidance of self-determination theory and self-regulated learning theory, the research constructs a personalized learning model based on knowledge graph, and starts from the four dimensions of motivation stimulation, knowledge construction, intention improvement and ability enhancement, The “four in one” collaborative support mechanism of personalized learning based on knowledge graph is constructed, a prototype of personalized learning system based on knowledge map is designed, in order to provide some reference for personalized learning research.
