中文摘要 本硏究目的在用多元文化場域中的教育觀點探討兩位背景相當、各持 不同觀點的幼教老師,她們面對新移民子女的教學困境與解決策略。本硏 究經由文獻分析以了解同化和涵化觀點的內涵,再用訪談法蒐集資料以了 解持不同觀點老師的教學困境與解決策略。硏究結果:(1)兩位老師皆面 臨語言、家長教養能力、多元文化課程設計的困境,但是因爲觀點不同而 有不同的解決策略。(2)在學習國語、新移民是否有教育能力、影響新移 民子女學習因素、新移民子女是否要學習母親文化等方面各有不同看法, 兩位老師接觸新移民子女前後的改變也不同。本硏究建議應該培養教師的 反思能力、加強多元文化課程教學的訓練。
英文摘要 The study explores two teachers9 who have different perspectives teaching practices from multicultural teaching perspectives and the variations on teaching difficulties and resolving strategies of teachers with different education perspectives and to discover the relationship between both. The study explores perspectives of assimilation and acculturation by document analyzing, and includes in-depth interview for data collection. The study reveals the following findings: (1) The two teachers encountered difficulties in language, parenting ability, and designing multicultural curriculum, they use different resolving strategies because of their different perspectives. (2) They have different perspectives of learning national language, education ability of new immigrant, the factors that effect new immigrants9 children's learning, and necessity of new immigrants’ children leam their motiier’s culture. One changed her point after getting along with them,the other didn’t. The study suggests that we should strengthen the reflectivity of teachers and ability of designing multicultural curriculum.
