中文摘要 为反映中国互联网学习发展进程,引导新时代互联网学习生态环境建设,推进面向互联网的人才培养,需加强互联网环境下的学习发展评估研究。该文从互联网学习者视角,基于文献研究和中国互联网学习白皮书年度研究工作,提出互联网学习发展水平评估“EDM”模型,包含互联网学习环境、互联网学习开展和互联网学习者成熟度三个维度。该文以基础教育阶段为例,依照“EDM”评估模型,编制相应问卷,利用预测试794份有效样本对问卷进行了信效度检验和修订,又利用正式施测76777份有效样本对问卷进行了信效度检验,得到了信效度良好的基础教育阶段互联网学习发展水平测评工具。该文提出了“互联网学习”的概念,阐释并探索了基础教育领域互联网学习评价工具的设计与开发,为全域教育领域互联网学习评价提供了参考,服务国家面向教育现代化2035的终身化学习体系发展。
英文摘要 For reflecting the development process of the Internet Learning in China, guiding the construction of Internet Learning ecological environment in the new era, and promoting the cultivation of Internet-oriented talents, it is necessary to measure the level of the Internet Learning development. From the perspective of learners, based on literature research and the annual research practice of the white paper on the Internet Learning in China, this research proposed the “EDM” model for evaluating the development level of Internet Learning, including three dimensions: Internet Learning Environment, Internet Learning Development and Internet Learners’ Maturity. The study developed the Internet Learning Development Scale for K12 as an application case of “EDM” model, using the pre-test 794 effective samples, and formal measured 76777 effective samples to test reliability and validity of the questionnaire, which finally had good reliability and validity. This study put forward the concept of “Internet Learning”, explained and explored the design and development of Internet Learning measurement in the field of basic education, provided a reference for Internet Learning measurement in the field of education in the whole region, and served the development of lifelong learning system for 2035 in the national education modernization.
