中文摘要 本研究立於一個新住民社區教育工作者的實踐位置,審視分析近10年來新住民在臺灣引發熱烈討論的議題,例如:買賣婚姻、越娘有毒、少生一點等,再者是針對重要的新住民教育政策做評析,特別是「全國新住民火炬計畫」及新住民教育方向;其三是整理出新住民教育的教育論述,並以Freire的解放教育作為實踐的理論基礎,提出研究者於花蓮縣吉安鄉以中文班為起點之生活政治教育的實踐成果,最後提出發展具有多元文化教育觀的新住民教育及社區教育建議,作為後續開展之方向。
英文摘要 From the standing point of view of an educator in new immigrant community, the researcher examining and analyzing the heated issues raised by new immigrants in Taiwan in the last decade, such as: trading marriage, toxic mother, and less birth. Secondly, critics of important educational policy of new immigrants, especially with regard to the National New Citizen Torch Program and the direction of the new immigrant educational policy. Thirdly, summarizing the standpoint of new immigrant education, that is based on Freire's liberation education as the theoretical basis of practice. This paper puts forward the practical achievements of life politics education in Ji'an Township, Hualien County, and finally puts forward the development of new immigrant education and community education with multicultural education as the follow-up direction.
