中文摘要 作为国土面积世界第一的大国、联合国安理会常任理事国和传统教育强国,俄罗斯在全球教育治理舞台上的作用起伏多变、影响力不断扩展。俄罗斯参与全球教育治理的逻辑起点在于维护国家核心利益,恢复教育大国形象。依托全球性国际组织增强话语权、强化区域教育治理能力、开展国际教育援助、加强国际教育合作等构成俄罗斯参与全球教育治理的多样化路径。由意识形态导向转为经济利益驱动、对苏联模式的路径依赖与新时期的创新发展并存、以强大的文化自信赢得话语权等是俄罗斯参与全球教育治理的突出特点。在参与全球教育治理进程中,俄罗斯亦面临缺乏顶层设计与协调管理、内忧外患并存、国家教育品牌吸引力有待提升等问题。
英文摘要 As the largest country in the world, a permanent member of the United Nations and a traditional education power, Russia's role in the global educational governance stage has been fluctuating and its influence has been increasing. The logical starting point for Russia's participation in global educational governance is to safeguard the country's core interests. Relying on global international organizations to enhance the right to speak, strengthen regional educational governance capabilities, carry out international education assistance, and strengthen international education cooperation constitute a diversified path for Russia to participate in global educational governance. The shift from ideological orientation to a trend of economic interests, the coexistence of path dependence on the Soviet model and the innovation in the new era, and the ability to gain the right to speak with cultural confidence are the outstanding features of Russia's participation in global educational governance. Russia is also facing problems such as lack of top-level design and coordinated management, coexistence of internal and external troubles, and less attractive national education brand.
