中文摘要 教育元宇宙将塑造新的教育形态,带来教师发展的深刻转变。元宇宙在教学环境、教学资源、教学方式、师生关系及教师职业道德方面产生的影响,对教师能力提出了新要求。如何创设虚实融合的教学情境,定制跨学科教学资源,开展全要素过程性评价和人机协同教研,提高应变和共情能力成为教师面临的新挑战。应对这一挑战需全面推进“元宇宙+教师教育”,调动政府、企业、学校和教师的积极性,科学布局教师教育体系,建立教育元宇宙大平台,培育教师发展典型案例,鼓励教师主动适应教育元宇宙发展。
英文摘要 The educational metaverse will shape education and bring profound transformation to faculty development. The influence of metaverse on teaching environment, teaching resources, teaching methods, teacher-student relationship, and teachers’ professional ethics has put forward new demands on teachers’ ability. Creating a teaching environment integrating virtual and real, customizing interdisciplinary teaching resources, carrying out process evaluation, adapting to human-machine collaborative teaching and research, and improving adaptability and empathy in the context of the metaverse have become new challenges for teachers. In order to meet these challenges, it is necessary to comprehensively promote “metaverse + teacher education,” mobilize the enthusiasm of the government, enterprises, schools, and teachers, meanwhile, scientifically layout the teacher education system, establish a comprehensive platform for educational metaverse, cultivate typical cases of faculty development, and encourage teachers to adapt the development of educational metaverse actively.
