中文摘要 我們身處在不斷變動的生活中,幼兒園亦受到時代洪流所帶來的衝擊與改變,唯有透過數位轉型才能有效因應社會變遷帶來的挑戰並實踐永續經營。四季藝術幼兒園的數位化歷程,早在2003年即開始全園實施無紙化辦公室,時至2019年,四季藝術更進一步以「四季藝術智慧學校e指通」專案推動幼教產業數位轉型。本專案以使用者需求為核心理念,並以家長端、教師端、學校端三贏策略為發展之願景。透過工作流程模組化、內部流程整合創新、以及PDCA控管強化效能三方向整合策略,歷經系統轉型、流程轉型以及思維轉型三階段突破,最終在家長服務效能、教師工作效能以及學校效能上皆獲得全面提升,同時提升學校面對危機的應變韌性、引領外部廠商創造數位轉型共榮機會。本文提供我們打造智慧學校e指通的完整歷程,給相關領域學者與實務工作者參考,期盼在教育界數位轉型之路拋磚引玉,帶動整體教育永續創新。
英文摘要 We are living in a constantly changing life, and preschools are also impacted and changed by the torrent of the times. The digitization process of Season Art children's Educational Institute began as early as 2003 to implement a paperless office in the whole campus. By 2019, Season Arts has further promoted the digital transformation of preschool education with “Season Arts APP”. This APP takes user requirements as the core idea, and takes the three-win strategy of parents, teachers and schools as the development vision. Through a three-way integration strategy to enhance the performance of workflow modularization, internal process integration innovation, and PDCA control. Furthermore, we breakthrough three stages: system transformation, process transformation and thinking transformation. In the end, we improve not only service efficiency which includes parents, teachers and school, but the school's resilience in the face of crises, leading external manufacturers to create opportunities for digital transformation and co-prosperity. This article provides the complete process of our creation of Season Arts APP, which is a reference for scholars and practitioners in related fields. We look forward to leading the way in the digital transformation of the education sector and driving the sustainable innovation of the overall education.
