中文摘要 本文採文件分析的方法,針對職能的概念,依照UCAN的內涵,以教保專業知能課程為例,檢視幼兒保育系課程落實職能取向課程的可能性。所得到的結論有二:一、專業職能的部分:專業課程可結合職能,將工作中主要活動的具體行為列為專業課程的學習指標或評量指標。二、共通職能的部分:可採取轉化教學方式或策略,融入專業課程中。
英文摘要 Based on the concept of competency and the connotation of UCAN, this paper examines the possibilities of implementing the competency-oriented curriculum in kindergarten curriculum by taking the course of education and insurance as an example. The conclusions are as follows: (1) Professional competency: professional courses can be combined with functions, the specifi c behavior of the main activities in the work as a professional curriculum learning indicators or evaluation indicators. (2) Common competency: it can be transformed into teaching courses or strategies into professional courses.
